Someone asked me what I eat in Paraguay. I eat what I cook and sometimes at others' homes. Here are two photos of food I've made (from scratch) that turned out particularly well. The first is of hummus with tahini sauce, on a bed of salad, with roti. The second is a veggie pizza. The crust was extremely soft on that one.
